Leigh Ann Roberts, a native Mississippian, moved to Tennessee in 1999 to practice law and mediation, also known as alternative dispute resolution. After practicing law and providing mediation services to families, businesses, corporate boards, workplaces, and communities for over twenty years, Leigh Ann was able to specialize her expertise in group facilitation, serving as a professional development coach and team facilitator for individuals and groups navigating pivotal times of change and important decision-making. Known throughout Tennessee as one of the go-to facilitators of group process and workplace conflict, Leigh Ann has been in high demand in both the public and private sectors. Leigh Ann became certified as a healing touch, Reiki Level III practitioner in 2004, and received her training as a death doula and end of life sitter/partner by the International End of Life Doula Association (INELDA) in 2020 after having the honor of supporting her own family through her mother’s dying process. This family experience was life-changing for Leigh Ann and many of the members of her family and community. Since that time, Leigh Ann has been called on by families across Tennessee and Mississippi to support their loved ones and family members through the dying process. Drawing on her diverse professional experiences and the values most treasured throughout her career, Leigh Ann continues to value, above all, the self-determination and empowerment of the client’s wisdom and personal discernment as her guiding ethic and value in her work with individuals and families. Leigh Ann has found this place of service with individuals and families in the dying process to be the highest honor and one that continues to renew her own outlook on life daily.
