Drake Uselton works with clients on probate and conservatorship matters. He has been a resident of Rutherford County his entire life. He graduated from Middle Tennessee State University before graduating from the Belmont University College of Law.
Since his graduation from law school, Drake has had the opportunity to represent clients in various counties with probate matters, conservatorships, and general estate planning needs. Drake particularly enjoys this line of work because he has seen first-hand how important good estate planning is for families and how critical a devoted attorney can be to families and individuals going through the probate or conservatorship process.
Drake is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Rutherford/Cannon County Bar Association. He enjoys giving back to the community and serves as a member of the board of directors for two local organizations – the Beesley Animal Foundation and the chapter advisory board for Phi Delta Theta’s Tennessee Eta chapter.
Drake and his wife have two dogs, Moose and Mila, and they enjoy traveling and spending time with their families. Drake also enjoys running and spending time at his family farm in Lewisburg, Tennessee.
